TRAIL BIKE FRAME 'HABU'
27.5" wheel full suspension trail bike frame with either 120mm or 130mm rear travel. Custom made in the UK to order from 3AL - 2.5V Reynolds and Dedacciai titanium tubing and 6AL - 4V titanium bottom bracket shell, head tube, dropouts, shock mounts etc.
The customer can specify head tube angle together with head and seat tube lengths, reach and front centre dimensions. The seat tube angle is set between 74 to 75 degrees. The chainstay length is set at 440mm static, bottom bracket height is set at 335mm static assuming a 720mm tyre outside diameter. Frame can accept up to 27.5 x 68mm wide tyres. Frame can be designed to suit up to 150mm travel front fork but is best suited to 130mm and 140mm forks. No 29 er or Fat Bike option is available.
Single pivot design with 2:1 linear leverage ratio. Assuming a 1100mm centre of gravity above ground level, a 32 Chainring/50 Sprocket results in a 101% Anti Squat and 93.5% Anti Rise at 40mm sag. Pedal Kickback for 32 Chainring/10 Sprocket results is 5.5 degree counterclockwise pedal rotation respectively between static and full travel. All pivot and shock mount locations are set and cannot be moved dimensionally.
Each frame is made to order to the customers requirement and a dimensioned working drawing will be produced for sign off by the client prior to manufacturer. The frame is still in the final stages of design and testing and is not currently available to purchase. More to follow!

44mm straight internal diameter headtube for tapered steerers. We recommend Hope headsets.
41mm internal diameter x 92mm wide press fit bottom bracket shell. We recommend Hope bottom brackets.
All tubes are non butted but butted Reynolds top tube is available on request.
148mm Boost rear dropouts for 12mm through axle. Drive side has replaceable derailleur hanger.
30.9mm diameter seat post diameter.
Designed to use all 230mm long Fox and Rockshock metric rear shocks.
Accepts SRAM and Shimano 1 x 12 drive systems with maximum 38 tooth front chainring size.
Frame is not compatible with front derailleurs.
ISCG-05 chain device mount on frame.
ISCG plate type rear disk brake mount.
All cables and hoses are externally routed, bottle bosses below top and down tubes. External dropper post
routing on top tube if required.
Undergoing testing BS EN ISO 4210 for Mountain Bikes too follow.
